Adams Oshiomhole, senator representing Edo North Senatorial District in Edo state has declared that President Bola Tinubu inherited a terrible state of economy from ex-president Mohammadu Buhari, his predecessor in office.

Theliberationnews can authoritatively report that Oshiomhole made the claim on Tuesday while fielding questions from journalists after his closed door meeting with Vice President Kashim Shettima at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The former National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) assured that current decisions undertaken by the APC administration are necessary steps that must come before the economy can be revamped.

He added that President Tinubu and his deputy have shown courage and determination to stop the corruption of the subsidy regime and the rot in the CBN. He solicited the support and patient of all Nigerians in this regard.
