The former minister of Aviation and chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Chief Femi-Kayode has regained freedom after hours in custody the Department of State Services (DSS).
Theliberationnews reported that Fani-Kayode was invited by the DSS on Monday following his allegation of an imminent coup to sabotage the fast-approaching elections.
The APC spokesperson confirmed he has been released by the DSS and was on his way home this evening.
“I’ve been released. I’m on my way home. I’m going to address the press on the matter. Everything is under control.”
Fani-Kayode was grilled for hours before he was released.
