In cognizance that his days are numbered in the Aso Villa, President Muhammadu Buhari has given his consent to the establishment of a Presidential Transition Council, for facilitating and managing the 2023 transition programme.
As gathered by Theliberationnews, the council has the Secretary to the Government of the Federation SGF, Mr Boss Mustapha as its head.
